Services
Premier Custom Surfacing provides professional rubber surfacing and resurfacing solutions for residential, commercial, municipal, and recreational properties. Services may include playgrounds, pool decks, patios, walkways, driveways, garages, splash pads, and other custom surfacing applications.
Estimates & Quotations
All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation. Pricing may be adjusted if hidden site conditions, additional work, or client-requested changes arise after the quotation has been issued.
Project Scheduling
Project start and completion dates are estimates only. While we make every effort to meet scheduled timelines, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, site conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide safe access to the work area, remove personal belongings when necessary, and ensure the site is ready before work begins. Delays caused by inaccessible or unprepared work areas may result in additional charges or scheduling changes.
Change Orders
Any changes to the original scope of work must be approved by both parties before additional work is performed. Change orders may affect the project cost and completion timeline.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in your proposal or invoice. Deposits may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty
We take pride in delivering quality workmanship. Our workmanship warranty covers defects resulting from our installation process. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, structural movement, improper maintenance, weather events, normal wear and tear, or work performed by others after project completion.
Limitation of Liability
Premier Custom Surfacing is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific services provided.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and other materials, is the property of Premier Custom Surfacing unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
