The product itself is third-party tested. Final compliance is verified at handoff by CPSI-certified safety inspection, with documentation provided for your procurement file and annual safety audits.

A typical municipal playground surface (1,600–4,400 sq ft) moves from design and base build through pour and inspection in days once the base is ready. For late-season awards, we can deploy temporary compliant EWF to keep the site open through winter, then convert to permanent PIP in spring (our approach at Lockview Park). Because every discipline sits under one unified team, there's no subcontractor coordination lag.

Since 2010 we've delivered more than 100,000 sq ft of PIP rubber, including projects exceeding $1 million in value and 15,000 sq ft in area. Recent case studies include Lockview Park (Hamilton, 4,360 sq ft), Lynn Gibson Park for the Town of Mono (3,680 sq ft), and Constance Lake First Nation (1,600 sq ft, 12 hours north of the GTA).
