THE GRASS BLADES

Our polyethylene grass blade is non-porous, and will withstand challenges such as staining, animal waste, road salts, chlorine and is also UV protected and fire resistant. We can also stitch in colour blades or logos to make the area more distinctive.

THE BACKING

Our high quality backing is designed for long-term durability, so it doesn’t stretch or shrink with heavy traffic or with changes in temperature. The backing has perforations every few inches so that the grass drains quickly even after a heavy rainfall.

THE INFILL

Our cryogenically frozen rubber infill granules are made using a special technique where the rubber from recycled tires is frozen, then the metals and fibers are extracted – This process does not allow the rubber to break down, change shape or release any toxins. We do not use any sand in our infill, so there is no potential for retention of water, mold, bacteria or weed growth. Another benefit is that it will not get hard after it has been challenged by the elements.
